With reference to subject cited as per safety guidelines the Employees and
contractors (manpower suppliers, civil workers and fabricators) should follow the safety
instructions in factory premises. The safety instructions were included in the agreement for
labour contracts.
As, we want to make sure that there is no harm to the workers at the end of the
day to avoid litigation as well. We want to make sure that all the workers should work safely.
So I requested to you that from October 20 th 2022 onwards not to allow Employees
& any contractor worker to factory without shoes. If anyone were not followed there will be a
serious action and penalization.

Sub: - Safety guidelines – implementation- No allowed of Headphones and no usage of

mobile phones in workplace – Reg.

With reference to subject cited as per safety guidelines the Employees and contractors
(manpower suppliers, civil workers and fabricators) should follow the safety instructions in
factory premises. It has been observed that many of employees and workers are using mobile
phones and headphones at the workplace. Headphones are undeniably a health and safety
hazard it makes unaware of surroundings. As using of mobile phones and headphones at work
location is dangerous. At manufacturing process may have electrical, Mechanical, heat,
Chemical and fire hazards while working at location and using mobile phones and
headphones leads to accidents and there is more risk at serious injury at work. Employees
and workers who cannot hear audible signs of malfunctioning equipment are at risk of serious
injury or worse.
Employees and workers found using Head phones in workplace shall be fined in a
progressive manner there will be a serious action.
Requesting not to allow headphones inside factory premises and to all HOD’s to inform to
staff employees and workers not to use mobile phones at work location.
