***********
The following safety points were leads to major incidents and injuries in Production.
1. Requesting not to use Emergency staircase as entry to Byproducts section. Emergency exit
routes are important because they provide a clear, safe way to evacuate a building in case
of a crisis or disaster. The exit is generally separated from other areas to provide a
protected way of travel to the exit discharge. Blocking and obstructing exit doors and
routes will create delay, panic, and confusion in the case of an emergency and acts as
a safety hazard. OSHA regulations require that exit routes are unobstructed by materials,
equipment, locked doors, or dead-end corridors. By using of exit door as entry will
creates risk delay, panic, and confusion in the case of an emergency.
2. LPG cylinders should not use in production hall as it is dangerous.
3. Byproducts section Khova processing area floor is wet there is a high chance of slip of
person in that area requesting to keep dry floor at Khova processing designated area
4. Byproducts sweet section chemical storage has no secondary contaminant due to that
