COMPANY PROFILE

 Yeshwant Castings was founded in 1960 by


Yeshwant Upadhye. Today, his grandsons Mr.
Veerdhaval Upadhye (Managing Director) and
Mr. Vishwajeet Upadhye (Director) have made
their mark in Indian market.

 In addition to a strong Indian customer base,


these entrepreneurs are enthusiastic and eager
to promote the companies products on a (WWS)
worldwide scale.

production target daily.

Castings is on monthly basis for both skilled

as to demonstrate its ability:

and applicable regulatory requirements.
 2) Enhance Customers satisfaction through the effective
use and application of this systems, including processes
for continues improvement of the system.
 3) Assurance of conformity to customer and applicable
regulatory requirements.

 (b) Production planning and control.


 
1) As per the customer requirement, fixation of
production target is done.
 
2) If the production is to be done next day, the
requirements are planned on the previous day and the
same plan is informed to the workers at the morning. And
some instruction are given by manager to the workers
related to production plan to meet the customer demand
on time
 (c) Inventory management
 
 For inventory management computerized system is
adopted for smooth working.

 Firm maintain minimum stock of products and raw


material to avoid the shortage of products and to
avoid over stock as well.
