We are pleased to revise your salary effective from 1st May 2022 as attached.

The incentive will be calculated as mentioned in the Annexure -A and subject to cap and there
is no guaranteed minimum incentive.

The salary is subject to review and can be reviewed if your performance in a quarter fails to
generate ARG to compensate the salary .

Annexure -A

Salary Revision

Incentive (Maximum Payable incentive INR 75,000 per year)

Step 1……………….Estimate Attributable Revenue Generated (ARG)

1. At the end of each quarter incentive will be calculated

2. The number of person days put in by each consultant in each project will be tabulated

3. One third of the fees billed during the quarter on the project will be computed which is
attributable to the effort of the consultants associated with the project

4. The project manager will decide relative contribution of each consultant in the project and the
attributable revenue. The factors he will use are: effort in person days, contribution to achievement
of milestone and timely and smart delivery

5. The project manager's time will be valued at 1.25 times that of other consultants

6. The business that is developed by you from hunting (new clients)....you will get a credit of 10 % of
professional fees on invoiced fees during the quarter and from farming it will be 4%

7. For administrative/knowledge management/brand management work agree on the effort


estimate and attributable cost and take an approval

Step 2………………Calculate Additional Value Contributed (AVC)

1. AVC is equal to (ARG - Gross Salary)

Step 3…………...Calculate Incentive as 25% of AVC

Step 4…………50% of quarterly incentive will be paid at the end of the quarter and the remaining
will be paid as annual bonus.
