With reference to your application and subsequent discussions, we


are pleased to offer you an appointment with Finolink Business Consulting Pvt.
Ltd. on the following terms and conditions.

1. DESIGNATION : Relationship Officer - Credit card

2. COMPENSATION : As detailed in Annexure -A


3. DATE OF JOINING : 1 3 -Oct-2023
Your compensation and benefits are subject to change as per Company policy on
performance, salary reviews and such other valid reasons as recognized in law, as the
Company may determine from time to time.

4. WORKING DAYS AND HOURS

The working days & hours are well defined in the policies of the Company. In order to provide
24×7 operational supports and ensure availability of key resources, each location needs to use
their discretion to roster-off for key resources in Operations, and other teams, as required.

5. LEAVE AND HOLIDAYS


You will be eligible for the leaves as per the company policy.

6. PROBATION
You would be on probation initially for a period of 6 (six) calendar months from the date of
joining but may be extended if the performance does not merit confirmation. You will be deemed
as confirmed in this post after completion of 6 months in the company unless company issues a
separate extension of probation letter to you. During the period of probation, your services are
liable to be terminated without assigning any reason whatsoever.

7. TERMINATION CLAUSE
This employment can be terminated by either side, by giving 15 days’ notice during the
probation period or one months’ notice after confirmation or salary in lieu of the notice
period. Prior to leaving the company, you will ensure that all your ongoing activities are
successfully completed and properly handed over to the satisfaction of your manager/in
charge/superior. However under no circumstances the relieving period can be less than one (1)
month from the date of acceptance of your resignation.
The company may also terminate your employment without notice and without payment in lieu
of notice period in the event of misconduct. Without prejudice to the generality of the scope of
the term ‘misconduct’ the following events shall amount to misconduct:

 Committing any act of indiscipline


 Noncompliance with any of the terms & Conditions of your employment or instructions/
regulations issued by the company from time to time.
8. TARGET
10 – Card is the basis Target for the Candidate to Justifying the salary.

 I have carefully read, considered, and understood the terms and conditions under which
this appointment is being offered to me and I hereby signify my acceptance of all the terms
and conditions by returning the duplicate copy of this letter. I will ensure that I will go
through all key policies governing my employment in the company. I undertake to abide
by those policies.
