Sub: Appointment to the Post of “RBI Support Engineer”

With reference to your application and subsequent interview you had with us for the
above mentioned post, we have pleasure to inform that you are appointed as “RBI
Support Engineer” w.e.f. 26th March 2019 on terms and conditions given here in below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. You will get a CTC monthly salary of Rs. 25,000/-. The breakup of which is as
follows;
Basic Rs. 8,000.00
HRA Rs. 4,800.00
Conveyance Rs. 5,000.00
Site Allowance Rs. 7,200.00

Total Rs. 25,000.00
2. The nature of duties required to be perform by you are mentioned in Annexure-A
here to you shall however not refuse to perform any other addition duties as per
instruction of your supervisor.
3. Presently you will be deputed at “RIL Hazira” site and will be shifted to other site
in India as per project requirements. Working hours shall be as per the RIL Policy.
4. Accommodation, Local Travel & Food will be provided the Company.
5. It is expressly agreed and understood that your services are on “Contract Basis”.
Initially you shall be on probation for 03 months and shall be extended after
satisfactory performance.
6. You have to make arrangement to inform the Proprietor as well as EIC well in
advance about your absence. Presently you will be reporting to Mr. Arun Wani.
7. You will abide by company’s rules and Regulation enforce from time to time.

8. You will diligently and faithfully serve that management and perform the duties
entrusted to you and will not without the prior written sanction of the
Management be interested or otherwise engaged, directly or indirectly in any
business or employment.
9. You are required to strictly maintain the secrecy of and not divulge or
communicate to any person the information regarding our remuneration and terms
of employment and any information acquire by you during the tenure of service
with except your immediate superior. Any such disclosure is a serious case of
indiscipline and would render you liable for termination with immediate effect,
notwithstanding other terms and conditions mentioned in the appointment letter.
10. During the tenure of your service, you will not resort to any action, which
according to the management is detrimental to the interest of the company. The
management will be within its right to terminate your services forthwith if you are
found to have committed the breach of this cause.
11. In the event of your resignation or termination of services, you shall have to give
thirty (30) days’ notice or gross salary in lieu thereof. On the event of resignation
by an employee he/she have to present all the days during notice period to
complete the pending assignment. Absenteeism during the notice period will treat
as short notice. In the case of short notice the company has right to forfeit the
salary.

ANNEXURE - A

NATURE OF DUTIES

 RBI Data Collection as instructed by RBI Engineer.

 NDT Thickness data extraction from RIL database.
 Understanding and Filling all the required data in the RBI Data Loaders required
for further assessment.
 To ensure correctness in working out required data from the reference drawings.
 Any other task as and when required.

Note: - Above scope of work generally explaining the domain of the responsibility,
however you will ensure that the work progress at site smoothly too with the full
satisfaction of the client and other involved agencies.
