    "In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Waqf Act , 1995

    (Act No.43 of 1995 ), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby publish the list of

    six (6 ) un -notified Waqf Properties in Muvva Mandal , Krishna District as

    annexed to this Notification ".
