O R D E R:
In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of Agriculture, T.S.,
Hyderabad has submitted medical bills for sanction of net admissible
amount
of Rs.1,00,000/- in respect of Sri T.Purushotham, ADA (Retd.,)
O/o.DDA(FTC), Warangal District incurred towards self treatment for
“SARI
Mild Hyperkalemia Corrected” during the period from 06.04.2021 to
10.04.2021 at Ravindra Hospital Hyderabad which is un recognized
hospital,
in relaxation of TSIMA Rules.
2. The Standing Committee of Officers have recommended net
admissible amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- in relaxation of TSIMA Rules vide
reference 2nd cited.
3. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord
permission to sanction net admissible amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in respect
of
Sri T.Purushotham, ADA (Retd.,) O/o.DDA(FTC), Warangal District
incurred
towards self treatment for “SARI Mild Hyperkalemia Corrected” during the
period from 06.04.2021 to 10.04.2021 at Ravindra Hospital Hyderabad
which is un recognized hospital, in relaxation of TSIMA Rules.
4. The Director of Agriculture, Telangana, Hyderabad shall take further
necessary action accordingly.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of the Fin (EBS-V) Dept., vide
their U.O.No.1840191/18/A1/EBS-V M&H/2023, Dt:13.7.2023.
