What conflicts of interest have you personally experienced in

personal or professional roles?

When I was a contractor on cleaning industry , I influence the people by
providing them the job , make them work in cheaper salary cash ,
motivating them to make work more harder and earn better money by
myself as a contractor even though it doesnt match the code of conduct
of the company. This is how I got in this conflict of interest in professional
way.

you might ensure that this conflict doesnt lead to unethical behavior for
you and others?
Conflict can be more destructive in nature which might get into
unpleasant circumstances that lead to unethical behaviour and situation .
Besides that the conflict which are well-managed might be useable in
resolution of the negative circumstances and well resolved from the
unethical situation.

you know were treated?
When a person in an organisation dont work under the rules ,regulations
and responsibilities whose selfinterest get conflicted with the interest of
the organisation. Thats what we call conflict of interest .The organisation
will take particular action for the conflict and disqualify him and take
more action through the written conflict of interest policy which warns to a
particular charges.

What types of policies can or do organizations implement to try to

reduce conflicts of interest or their costs?
The organisations should implement the effective policies to ensure that
everyone in the organisation doesnt involve in the conflict of interest .The
organisation should determine the steps which make s the staffs aware of
the code of conducts with its rules and responsibility .Otherwise they
should be charged with strong penalities which might be helpful to reduce
the conflicts of interest .
