Be advised that this office has been retained to represent Thomas DeSomma regarding
defamatory statements made about him on a computer website known as Lodi, NJ -Prima Facie.
In particular, a statement is published on said website that Mr. DeSomma "used the 'N' word at a
public meeting". Investigation performed to date has revealed that said statement is attributable
to you.
Demand is hereby made that you immediately take all action necessary to delete said
statement from all media in which it is published. Be advised in no uncertain terms that in the
event you fail to immediately take the action demanded herein, our client will proceed to take all
necessary legal action without further notice to you. Be advised accordingly.
