Salary Inequities at AstraZeneca

1. Reasons that women sales reps on average earned less than me can be because; they might
not have the same credentials as the men. Additionally, men might have more experience in
that field that the women. Another factor can be that these men might have had seniority. Men
and women could have been weighted out to see who makes more sales than the other. These
would be reasons that would be less discriminatory explanations in AstraZeneca.
