DIRECTIONS
1. Setalargepotofwatertoboil(forpasta).Inalargeskillet,cookbaconovermedium
heat,stirringoccasionally,untilcrisp,8to12minutestransfertoapapertowellined
plate.
2. Saltboilingwatergenerouslyaddpastaandcookuntilaldente,accordingtopackage
instructions.
3. Meanwhile,inalargebowl,whisktogethereggs,Parmesan,andhalfandhalf.Set
aside.
4. Drainpasta,leavingsomewaterclingingtoit.Workingquickly,addhotpastatoegg
mixture.Addbaconseasonwithsaltandpepper,andtossalltocombine(heatfrom
pastawillcookeggs).Serveimmediately,sprinkledwithadditionalParmesancheese.
