Dear Steve Charles,

It has been brought to my attention that you are a strong investor in local businesses. I have been
told of several businesses that got their start with your backing. At present, I am the owner and
operator of The Frost Hotel. The demand for accommodations has become much more than I
expected, and I would like to expand my business.
The hotel I would like to construct in the metro area would have similar accommodations as the
hotel I currently manage. The hotel includes an arcade, Internet caf, beauty shop, bowling,
cinema, pool, gym, disco bar and several eateries. I have been told by several potential investors
that many of my customers hope that we will expand. I thought that reaching out to other

I believe a joint venture would benefit both of us. The new hotel would require capital for
