Malaise, fatigue and weakness
Night sweats
Loss of appetite and significant weight loss
Anemia and thrombocytopenia
Enlarged lymph nodes, spleen and liver
Positive biopsy of lymph nodes, with cervical nodes
most often affected first
Presence of Reed-Sternberg cells in nodes
Positive computed tomography scan of the liver and
spleen
