BEVERLEY- VOICE OVER:
Time has come, days have ended, lives lost. Humanity has gone
insane. Two days it took, two days. Let me show you how I
ended up here.

INT LOCATION 2 ATTIC - DAY
(FLASHBACK)
(A GROUP OF FRIENDS- BEVERLEY, JACE, RILEY, MAIA ARE ALL
RUMAGING THROUGH BEVERLEYS ATTIC TO SEE WHATS HIDDEN UP
THERE)

JACE:
Whoa, Beverley you have a lot of awesome!! Things here, are
sure these are all of your families things as Im just
assuming as you family is not the coolest in the town? (ACTING
CURIOUS)

BEVERLEY:
Yeah Im positive, you know that my family gets a bit awkward
whenever I ask whats up here as if they are hiding something
and I want to know what it is.

MAIA:
Beverley I dont think we should do this, I mean your parents
didnt tell you anything so meaning that they dont want you
to know or investigate at all. (ACTING CAUTIOUS, SCARED,
NERVOUS)

BEVERLEY:
Maia, there is nothing you should be worried about, I bet it
will be their embarrassing old videos and stuff like that,
that they wont want to share with their kids, like us for
example. (REASSURES MAIA, URGES HER TO COME CLOSE AND HELP IN
INVESTIGATING THE ATTIC)

Pan-right on the kids continuing to look through the boxes
RILEY:
(WALKS AROUND SILENTLY AROUND THE ATTIC AND DOESNT SO MUCH
HELP IN LOOKING THROUGH THE BOXES. SHE STUMBLES UPON AN OLD
SCROLL IN ONE OF THE BOXES) Hey guys, look what I found a
scroll dated from the 1820s (CALLS THE OTHERS OVER TO LOOK)
ALL OF THE KIDS HUDDLE AROUND RILEY AND THE SCROLL
MAIA:
(READING FROM SCROLL)The Demetri Coven, a coven who met every
fortnight to continue conjuring the thousand year Harvest
spell to remain the witches strength. One day, on a very
faithful night all Hallows eve, they sacrificed many noble
people.
PARALLEL EDITING- THE COVEN CONJURING THE SPELL AND SACRIFING
TWO PEOPLE. VILLAGERS THEN FIND THEM IN THE FOREST AND CHASE
THEM. THE OTHER SHOT IS A CLOSE UP OF THE GROUP OF KIDS STILL
READING FROM THE SCROLL. VILLAGERS THEN FIND THEM IN THE
FOREST AND CHASE THEM.

VOICE OVER- Which caused an outcry in the village and chased

them to a dead end, all feeling useless of their magic. The
villagers burned them to ashes, where they still remained.
BEVERLEY:
Why do my parents have this covens history up here its not
true it cant be. Magic doesnt exist.
EEIRE SOUNDS ARE HEARD IN ATTIC. DOORS OPENING, THINGS
SMASHING ALL OVER THE PLACE. SCARING THE KIDS.
The camera is moving all over the place showing whats moving
and breaking- creating hectic, scary atmosphere as if a spirit
is doing this.
ALL:
(LOOKING SCARED AND ALL OVER THE PLACE)
Camera movement slows down back in to a two shot.
JACE:
What was that? (QUESTIONING AND IN DENIAL)
RILEY:
(STILL READING THE SCROLL) Guys! There is a prophecy written
on this too. (STANDS UP AND TURNS TO FACE MAIA, BEVERLEY AND
JACE)
JACE:
What does it say in the prophecy? (LOOKING AROUND HECTICALLY
AROUND HIS SURROUNDINGS IN THE ATTIC)
(RILEY PASSES THE SCROLL TO BEVERLEY. SHOCKED OF WHAT SHE JUST
READ)
BEVERLEY:
It says the coven will get its revenge, when the time of a
young Beverley will rise and possess true dark magic to
conquer all.
MAIA:

How? What is going on? (CONFUSED)

BEVERLEY:
(IGNORING MAIAS QUESTIONS) Its talking about me, this must
be a joke. As I said before Magic doesnt exist, come on.
LIGHTS SUDDENLEY SWITCHES ON AND OFF CONTINOUSLY. HEAVING
BREATHING IS HEARD. THE KIDS ARE LOOKING AROUND VIGAROUSLY
SCARED. THE LIGHTS FINALLY FLICKER ON TO SHOW BEVERLEY
POSSESSED AND STARING AT CAMERA SMIRKING AND DISTORINATED
WHILE JACE, MAIA AND RILEY LOOK ON BEHIND HER. BEVERLEY HAS
BEEN POSSESSED- SHOWN THROUGH CHANGED IN BODY LANGUAGE AND
MAKE-UP.
JACE:
Lets get out of here.
THEY ALL DONT SPEAK WHILST GOING DOWN THE STAIRS IN TO THE
LIVING ROOM.

FADE OUT:
EXT. LOCATION 3- LIVING ROOM EARLY EVENING
ALL OF THE KIDS SITS DOWN ON THE SOFA. BEVERLEY REMAINS
SILENT.
RILEY:
Im going to go and get some food from the kitchen.
ALL:
(NOD TO CLARIFY AGREEMENT OF RILEY GOING TO GET FOOD)

BEVERLEY:
(SILENTLY GETS UP AND FOLLOWS RILEY INTO THE KITCHEN)

RILEY:

(TURNS AROUND AND SCREAMS)
