AVOCADO SMOOTHIE:

I first thought Drinking avocados? Ewww! For me, they were more
suited to a good guacamole. Then I tried it. They are near-tastless
and add a creamy goodness (and wrinkle-fighting healthy fat) to the
smoothie. Now I add them to many of my creations.
1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
1 cup milk or soy or rice or almond milk
1/2 cup organic vanilla yogurt
3 tablespoons honey
1 tsp ground flaxseed
8 ice cubes
