Subject: Notification of award for the Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Management
Information System of Taxation (MIST) at NBR and it's field offices.

Reference: Your Proposal submitted on 11/09/2008

This is to notify you that your Proposal dated 11/09/2008 for the Supply, Installation and Maintenance
of Management Information System of Taxation (MIST) at NBR and it's field offices under package
S-1 for the contract price of Taka 3,16,16,400/- (Three Crore Sixteen Lac Sixteen Thousand Four
hundred Taka only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the instructions to consultants
(included in the RFP) is hereby accepted by the Chairman, National Board of Revenue and Secretary,
Internal Resources Division.
You are requested to proceed with the Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Management
Information System of Taxation (MIST) at NBR and it's field offices and note that this Notification of
Award (NOA) shall constitute the formation of a contract agreement.
We attach herewith the Contract Documents for your perusal and signature.
