College Visitation

Approval
Northview Senior Academy allows each junior 1 college visit per school year and
each senior 2 college visits per school year. These days are not counted as
absences and will not affect the students school attendance.

The student is responsible for his/her own transportation, which must be arranged
with family means. Therefore, Northview Senior Academy cannot be held
responsible in the event of an accident occurring during a college visit.

I accept full responsibility for my childs college visit and also give permission for my
child to attend a college of his/her choice on the following date.
