@BETHEL New Scholarship Opportunities Purpose: To provide opportunities to students of all academic levels who are willing to participate in the ongoing betterment of the University, and to develop to their highest potential. Servant Leadership Scholarship = Amount $10,000 per year ($40,000 face value) © act: a * GPA 3.0 © Ret. GPA: 3.0 ‘The Servant Leadership Scholarship is designed to attract and promote those willing to give back to the community. Students must live on campus, and be willing to contribute €o the betterment of the University, or the Community through a list of approved activities. Student cannot be an athlete, nor participate in the Renaissance Program, nor can any other institutional scholarship be awarded on top of this one. Tutoring Scholarship © Amount: $10,000 per year ($40,000 face value) © ACT: 23 + GPA 3.25 © Ret GPA: 3.0 ‘The Tutoring Scholarship is available for those students who qualify as outline above. Students who accept this scholarship must commit to tutoring up to (15) hours per week. Students will be in training their first year, and will be expected to tutor their Sophomore-Senior years. Student cannot be an athlete, nor participate in the Renaissance Program, nor can any other institutional scholarship be awarded on top of this one. Students must also reside on campus. Opportunity Scholarship Amount: $10,000 per year ($40,000 face value) + ACT: No fixed score requirement + GPA: 2.0 (though lower GPA’s will be considered with other factors) ‘The Opportunity Scholarship is available for students coming from a disadvantaged background, For @ student to qualify for this scholarship, they must have a Sponsor, preferably a school counselor, Pastor, (On-Campus Mentor, or otherwise. A letter of recommendation must accompany the student's admission file.
