CONTROL MEASURES
Existing control measures taken
against the risk
There is signs and instructions
along the stairwells and corridors
saying not to linger, and other exits.
Carpets are regularly checked and
maintained by maintenance. If
there are any problems, report to
maintenance.
There are handrails, and visible
strips so the visually impaired can
see the steps.

ACTION PLAN
What further control
measures are required when
and by whom
I, the photographer, could place
signs and let people in the
building know about the events
taking place in the stairway, in
case we have not moved in
time, causing a block.
I could also place any bags not
being used into lockers, so they
would not be in the way.
I could use the staircase at tis
quietest time
Familiarise myself with any
visual impaired people,
therefore I can understand their
needs and help them.
