so cars may not reach a
speed fast enough to not
stop in time.
2) Drains around the car park
to reduce amount of water
build up around college.
3) Slopes in the curb to avoid
people tripping up then
4) Lockers around campus for
people to place their bags
in so they are out of the
way.

*2 This is without control measures

F = fatal
Maj = major injury or permanent disability
Min = minor injury
NR = non-reportable

Student Name:

ACTION PLAN
What further control
measures are required when
and by whom
I, the photographer, could alert
the security gate 5 minutes
before the shoot begins so they
can control the amount of cars
being let in and also warn them
about the events.
I could check the weather that
day and alert any people who
will be there about the weather
if it going to be wet or windy.

*3 This is with control measures in place

Fr = frequent/likely/could occur repeatedly/expected
Pr = probable/not surprised/might occur often
Ps = possible/could occur sometime
R = remote/unlikely but conceivable
U = unlikely/improbable such that likelihood is almost zero
