Tips on using transaction SU53

on SAP ECC
SU53 instructions when reporting authorization problem(s):

When you
experience an
authorization
failure, type:
/NSU53, in the
command field of

When you
experience an
authorization
failure, type:
/NSU53, in the
command field
to get
additional error
information for
the Security
Team to
analyze.

Then, when the

SU53 screen is
displayed:
press Print
Screen (key)
open a word
document
press Cntrl + V

The screen should appear in the word document. Save the file to your desktop.
Attach the file to your Incident OR Email along with your comments. Also include
the transaction which you executed that created the error.
Note: You must enter the command /NSU53 immediately after you receive the
error message at the bottom of the screen or the results will not be correct. If you
have received a pop-up window with an authorization error message, just exit the
box and then enter the command.
