AGREEMENT (Agreement) made between Trilegiant Corporation (Trilegiant), a Delaware
corporation with offices at 100 Connecticut Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06850, providing a service called 60-Day
Return GuaranteeSM (Return Guarantee), and the person who enrolled in this Service (You) via the Citi
Benefit Builder Web site. This Web site and the Return Guarantee program shall be referred to collectively
as either Product or Service. By enrolling in the Service, You agree to be bound by the terms of
this Agreement.
WITNESSETH:
1. SERVICE (a) During the term of your membership Trilegiant shall provide to You the Return
Guarantee benefit. (b) Return Guarantee reimbursement requests are considered based solely upon written
materials received from You. To be eligible for the Return Guarantee benefit, your membership must be
active at the time of purchase and when the event giving rise to such benefit occurs. All invoices, receipts,
and other documentation must be in writing and are subject to verification. Purchase date is the earlier of
the delivery date or the first billing date. Purchases must have been made by the Return Guarantee member.
Please see your Terms and Conditions of Benefits included with your membership materials for additional
details regarding the limitations and exclusions pertaining to the Return Guarantee benefit, which are
incorporated herein by reference.(c) Trilegiant reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this
Agreement at any time without notice, and You agree to comply with such changes. Trilegiant may also
terminate this Agreement upon written notice.
2. WHO MAY USE You agree that You will use the Return Guarantee only on your own behalf. You will
be responsible for all use of your membership and must notify Trilegiant immediately of any unauthorized
use of your membership. One membership per person. The Return Guarantee may not be used for business
or commercial purposes.
3. LIABILITY TRILEGIANT AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO YOU AS A
SELLER OF ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY
LIABILITY FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. NEITHER TRILEGIANT NOR ANY OF ITS
AFFILIATES MAKE ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD OR INFORMATION DELIVERED OR PROVIDED TO YOU IN
CONNECTION WITH THE RETURN GUARANTEE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND TRILEGIANT AND ITS
AFFILIATES SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL
OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. TRILEGIANTS AND ITS AFFILIATES AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO
YOU SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN GUARANTEE
MEMBERSHIP FEE. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION 3 SHALL NOT LIMIT THE AMOUNT
OF ANY BENEFIT AMOUNTS YOU ARE ENTITLED TO UNDER THIS SERVICE AS EXPRESSLY
SET FORTH IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP MATERIALS, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THEREIN. THE TERMS OF THIS SECTION SHALL SURVIVE ANY TERMINATION,
CANCELLATION OR EXPIRATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
4. GOVERNING LAW; ARBITRATION This Agreement, and the respective rights and obligations of
the parties hereunder, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of
Connecticut. If there is a dispute between You and Trilegiant, either of us may elect to have it resolved by
proceeding in small claims court or by final and binding arbitration administered by the American
Arbitration Association under its rules for consumer arbitrations. All disputes in arbitration will be handled
just between the named parties, and not on any representative or class basis. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE
THAT THIS MEANS THAT YOU MAY NOT HAVE ACCESS TO A COURT OR JURY. The terms of this
Section shall survive any termination, cancellation or expiration of this Agreement.

5. NO MEMBERSHIP FEE You will not be charged any membership fee for the
Return Guarantee Service.
6. INITIAL TERM; RENEWALS (a) Your Return Guarantee membership will
commence on the date You are enrolled by Trilegiant in the Service and continue for
one year following such date unless this Agreement is cancelled earlier by either party
in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. (b) You will receive notice via email
and the Citi Benefit Builder forty-five days and fifteen days prior to the expiration of
your initial membership term and any renewal term reminding You to re-enroll in the
Service in accordance with the instructions contained in such notice. If you fail to
re-enroll in the Service as set forth above, Your membership will expire on the last day
of your then-current term without further notice.
7. RIGHT TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP You have the right to cancel this
Agreement at any time. You may cancel this Agreement by calling 1-877-397-4405, or
writing to 60-Day Return Guarantee, P.O. Box 41220, Nashville, TN 37204.

Terms and Conditions of Benefits
Coverage Description:
The 60-Day Return GuaranteeSM provides You with a money-back guarantee on many purchases You make
with Your Citi credit card while a member of the 60-Day Return Guarantee program (herein referred to as
the Covered Purchase) for up to sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. If You become dissatisfied with
a Covered Purchase during your membership, 60-Day Return Guarantee will accept return of the item and
reimburse the purchase price up to $250 per Covered Purchase and $1,000 per Member per
twelve-month period. Payment does not include any applicable taxes, storage, shipping, handling, and
postage charges.
A Covered Purchase may be returned to 60-Day Return Guarantee for any reason, but it must be returned
undamaged and in good working condition, and in its original and complete packaging. You are responsible
for all mailing costs.
Important Definitions:
Auction An Internet site where items are sold through price bids, price quotes, or where prices fluctuate
based on the number of people purchasing, or interested in purchasing, a product. This includes both sites
where people compete against one another for an item(s) by bidding up the price and where the price
decreases as the number of people purchasing the product increases.
Member, You, or Your means the 60-Day Return Guarantee member listed on the Citi Benefit Builder
Summary page after you Sign On to the Citi Benefit Builder Web site.
Merchant A store or Internet site whose primary purpose is the sale of merchandise.
Limit of Liability
60-Day Return Guarantee coverage is subject to a limit of $250 per Covered Purchase and $1,000 per
Member per twelve-month period. In no event will 60-Day Return Guarantee pay more than the purchase
price of the Covered Purchase. Payment is net of any applicable taxes, storage, shipping, handling, postage,
transportation, and delivery charges.
What is NOT Covered:
Damaged or non-working items;
Consumables and perishables or services (including but not limited to the performance or rendering of labor
or maintenance, repair or installation of products, goods or property, or professional advice of any kind);
Watercraft; motorized vehicles (including but not limited to snowmobiles, airplanes, automobiles, and
motorcycles) or their motors, equipment, and accessories (including but not limited to communication
devices intended solely for use in the vehicle);
Land or buildings (including but not limited to homes and dwellings), permanently installed items, fixtures,
or structures;
Travelers checks, tickets of any kind, negotiable instruments, bullion, rare or precious coins, cash or
its equivalent;
Stamps;
Jewelry;
Weapons;
Forgeries or counterfeit items, whether or not You knew they were forgeries or counterfeit at the time
of purchase;
Personal care products (including, but not limited to, cosmetics, hygiene products, cologne, perfume, etc.);
Plants or animals;
Stuffed or mounted animals and trophies; objects preserved through any method;
Products purchased at Internet Auction sites;
Used, antique, recycled, previously owned, rebuilt, or remanufactured items, whether or not You knew the
items were used, antique, recycled, previously owned, rebuilt, or remanufactured;
Collectibles, special order, customized/personalized, unique, and one-of-a-kind items;
Items purchased for resale, professional, or commercial use;
Computer software, DVDs, video cassettes, CDs, audio cassettes, printed materials, or any other
informational and recreational media.
How to file a claim:
Download a 60-Day Return Guarantee claim form from the Citi Benefit Builder Summary page after you
Sign On to the Citi Benefit Builder Web site, or call 1-877-397-4405 to request one be mailed to You. Within
sixty (60) days of purchase, return the claim form to: 60-Day Return Guarantee Department, 300 W.
Schrock Rd., Westerville, OH 43081-2873. (Insuring the package is suggested.) You will be asked to
provide the following information:
A copy of your original itemized and dated Covered Purchase receipt;
A copy of the manufacturers written warranty if applicable;

 Any other documentation we may request.

You must send the Covered Purchase to 60-Day Return Guarantee before any claim will be paid. You are
responsible for all mailing costs. The Covered Purchase becomes the property of 60-Day Return Guarantee
and will not be returned to You.
Once we have all necessary information, it generally takes about thirty (30) days to process your claim and
issue a check.
If We reimburse You for a returned Covered Purchase, We may require You to assign Us Your rights of
recovery against others. We reserve the right to return the Covered Purchase to You without reimbursment
if You impair these rights to recover. Your right to recover may not be waived.
