    There are six questions for a total of 100 points


    Closed-book, closed-notes, closed-quiz, closed-homework
    A calculator is allowed
    No cell-phones, tablets, laptops, etc.
    You can detach the last two pages to use as scratch paper
    All work must be shown for credit. Partial credit may be assigned to a
    correct method with wrong results due to numerical errors
