Manhattan
The yin to the martini cocktail's yang, the Manhattan is
one of the all-time great classic cocktails, a rich, sweet
blend of whisky, vermouth and bitters thats generally
stirred into perfection.

Ingredients for 1
50 ml.

The Singleton Single Malt

25 ml.

Sweet Vermouth

1 dash(es)

Angostura Bitters

1 twist(s)

Orange

1 piece(s)

Maraschino Cherry

2.7 units of alcohol per serve

How to make

1. Place The Singleton of Dufftown Malt Wh

and angostura bitters into a mixing glas

Using a jigger, measure 50ml The Singleton of Duffto

vermouth and a dash of angostura bitters into a mixi

2. Fill the glass with ice, stir the mixture un

strain into a martini glass.
Fill mixing glass with ice and stir with a bar spoon
martini glass.

3. Garnish with an orange twist and maras

Using chopping board and sharp knife slice an orang
drink, along with one cherry, to garnish.
