FEE PAYMENT DEADLINES for 2015-2016 Academic Year

Full time students are invoiced for fees prior to each term they are going to attend Fanshawe College
(single term billing). The following is a list of Deposit due dates, Balance of Fee due dates and the Late
Fee Assignment dates for the upcoming standard start date terms. Students in non-standard start dates
should refer to the due dates indicated on their fee invoices and email communication.
FALL 2015
Fee Billing Process starts:

Explanation of Terms:
Fee Billing Process starts: Approximate time when the Fee Invoicing process will start each term.
Deposit Due Date: Date the Deposit must be received for Level 1 registrations in order to secure seat.
Students progressing in their program in the subsequent term will not be required to pay an additional
deposit.
Balance of Fees Due Date: Date when balance of fees must be paid.
Late Fee Assignment Date: Date when Late Fee will be assigned to accounts with balances.
