faults. Despite the mistakes that will be made, I vow to put forth my greatest effort to uphold the standards
set by this contract. I agree to recuperate following a mistake. I agree to not to let myself or others
interfere with goal completion. I agree to the terms stated in this document. At the termination period, I will
complete a self-evaluation of my progress throughout the year. Based on my progress, I will construct a
new resolution list for the upcoming year. Failure to honor this contract will slowly and progressively
damage my health and well-being.
