Balanced lifestyle

1) [Definition:
What is the balanced lifestyles? As we all know that a person who has a balanced
lifestyle will wake up early, do exercise, have breakfast and go to work. After work, they
go back home to cook dinner, do anything they like and sleep on time. On his/her diet,
she/he usually ate lots of vegetables, fresh fruit, less meat and rarely eat junk food.
Perhaps, they sometimes use smart phone in long time, but they use it for suitable reason
not for silly thing.
Thus, a balanced lifestyle can be understood as doing things to improve health, raise the
spirit to help people stay happy, positive every day and avoid bad diseases.
2) Status:
In the past, when the phone and other smart devices are not created, young people and
elder people wake up early, have breakfast and work. That is the time when people have a
good health because they don't take the phone all the time as now. At that time, in the
space time, these children would find your friends to play, elders would read book, knit
shirt, go to market or meet relative to talk.
But now, these action is less, instead of appearance of the smart phone that make people
entertain, find information, connect to people over the world,… . From the youth to the
elder, they take the phone every time even in dinner, in toilet, bathroom or anywhere
else. Appearance of smart devices change all the world, the life is more mordern,
convenient. Of course, everything have two sides: negative and positive. People’s health
was affected a lots because of staying up late, eating much junk food and not doing
exercises. And almost the reason for smartphone. Just taking off the phone, they don't
know have to do. Especially, the youth is affected so much. Almost of them are having
bad habits : do anything worse and not scientific. They do many silly thing although they
know that is not good for their health. They stay up late just to play game, chat with
friends or lover not for work; eat in midnight or skip meals, which make their health have
serious problem. They even don’t exercise! That makes their body not balanced and
obesity. That's a pity!
Now and future:
However, people now who are exposed to social networking platforms as Tiktok,
Facebook, Instagram… are tending to be aware and learn how to take care of their health.
From people who stay up at night to work in vain, they know how to care about their skin
every night, eat healthy and stay away from social evils. Although they still use the phone
with a thick frequency, they also go out more to study, exchange and experience.]
3) Positive effects of a balanced lifestyle

People who can calibrate work, private life, family, and other social events perform better
at work than those who don’t. There are lunch break and rest periods in between work
hours to relax body and mind. Having rest periods in between allows the brain to absorb
more information and the body to work more efficiently. Regular physical activity
improves brain functioning and can help decision making at work. The more you attend
to your personal needs, the better you perform at work.

For those determined to get the most out of their body in terms of longevity, there is a
whole host of evidence that links staying healthy with longer life. One study went so far

exercising regularly, and eating a healthy diet can extend your life by up to 14 years.

This may seem like a no-brainer, but by staying healthy, your medical bills will be

score.

How to Have a Balanced Lifestyle

or find one that you enjoy. Remember, to get the most from your cardio workout,
your pace should be moderately vigorous.
 Exercise helps to keep your body stronger, which is the reason why it is an
important part of a balanced life. You want your body to be able to handle the
things you want to do.
- Relax your body with meditation, yoga, or self-massage.
 Mental stress can take a physical toll on your body, so it’s important to find a
little time every day to relax. Activities like yoga, meditation, taking a warm bath,
or giving yourself a massage may help you to relax after a tiring day.

the stuff of life.
