FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE October 23, 2015 Due to a water line breakage in Tamuning, the Judiciary of Guam currently has low to no water pressure. As a result, the Guam Judicial Center in Hagata will be closed today. All Supreme Court and Superior Court hearings are canceled and will be rescheduled. The Guam Bar swearingin ceremony is rescheduled for Wednesday, October 28, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. Probationers who are scheduled to check-in today, should check-in on Monday. The Northern Court Satellite is open for business and all proceedings scheduled shall go forward. The Northern Court Satellite is accepting all filings and payments, and can process court and traffic clearances. The Jury Orientation training will go forward as scheduled.
