His current redevelopment of Foothill Square in East Oakland, an urban infill project on 14 acres, will soon be anchored by a 72,000 sq. ft. Kroger, 25,000 sq. ft. Ross, and 7,000 sq. ft. Annas Linens, in addition to a new Wells Fargo branch. Good news for Oakland.
