All paper decision records in instant court file .
2. The Regulations o!the Courts, - Inspection o!Court Files (2003), Regulation 2, says :
Every person is permitted to inspect decisions, which are not prohibited for
publication by law.
The decision records, subject of instant Notice of Inspection are not sealed and are
not prohibited for publication by law. To wit, such records are displayed in the
electronic public access system of the Supreme Court. Therefore, a reasonable
person would conclude that there is no lawful prohibition of publication, pertaining
to the records subject of instant Notice of Inspection .
Therefore, my right to inspect the decision records, listed above, is provided by law .
3. Additionally, in the 2009 Judgment in Association jor Civil Rights in IS7'ael v Ministe7'
oj Justice et al ( 5917/97), the right to inspect court records was declared a
"constitutional, supra-statutory right" and a "fundamental principle in a democratic
regime".

delay .
