REQUEST FOR CREDIT FACILITY
I write on behalf of the Management of Akroma Gold Company Ltd to seek
for fuel credit for our company. Akroma Gold Company is a Resource
Mining Company engaged in the mining of mineral deposits in Esaasekwahu in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
We are currently operating at our minimum capacity which requires fuel
consumption worth about GHC 40,000.00 within every two week period.
We envisage however that our fuel consumption will increase to about
GHC 60,000.00 every two weeks, within the next three months, when we
expect to increase our production level.
It is on this basis that I humbly request that your outfit and Akroma Gold
enhances our already existing working relationship by granting us a fuel
credit facility payable promptly at the end of each working month.
