    Synopsis: According to the article flu outbreaks are on the decline. The most
    vulnerable to the flu is the elderly. The chart shows a decline in flu, but it also shows
    numerous spikes in the flu outbreaks. Only time will be able to tell if our
    vaccinations are actually working to decrease flu outbreaks. It will be interesting to
    watch and see if the vaccinations are actually helping decline the amount of flu
    outbreaks in the future.
