Event Facts:

Cost to participants will be INR 3,000. EDOs will pay $640 to attend all four events.
Commercial Service India to conduct broad recruitment to fill the room with qualified potential
investors. Target of 120-150 investors in each city.
Dias and podium to be placed in front for speakers/panelists, with round tables for participants.
Tables to be placed in periphery of room for EDOs and sponsors, which will facilitate easy
interaction with participants.
Names, titles and contact information of all EDOs, speakers and sponsors to be printed in a
booklet and distributed to all attendees at event.
Contact details of all attendees to be given to EDOs and sponsors.
