Road show in the Far East

Wolters Kluwer is a global company, which provides information products for

services for professionals in the health, tax and accounting, corporate, financial
services, legal and education sectors. 8 weeks from now we depart to the East Far to
the cities in of arriving: Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Seoul and Tokyo, estimating
the time spending in each city from 1 week approximately. WK departs on September 9
2015 and comes back on October 7 2015.
We invite you, our best investors to come with us and let us keep our best record
of acceptances and declines, all paid travel with the best experience of knowing other
cultures and more ways to keep all the companies in the top.
We schedule the 5 weeks in this way: First stop Singapore, departing from the
Houston International Airport on September 9 at 6:50 a.m., arriving to Singapore at
11:00 p.m. having a meeting the next day with the best investors of Singapore,
persuading to invest in the company. Leaving the country on September 15 at 9:00 a.m.
Barely the next day its the departure to Shanghai at 11:15 a.m. arriving to the
city approximately 4 p.m., also having the meeting and persuading all the best
investors, leaving the city on September 23 at 1:20 a.m., saying hello to Hong Kong at 2
p.m. and leaving Hong Kong on September 29 at 3:00 p.m. arriving to Seoul at 2:35
a.m.
In Seoul we have a meeting with the president Mr. Park Geun-hye for trying to
convince all the country to have alliance with the company; also we leave the country
on October 3 at 6:00 p.pm arriving to Tokyo and leaving the country on October 6 at
3:00 a.m also arriving back to the US on October 7 at 8:45 a.m.
In conclusion this travel will make a difference to the company because we can
increment the investor and will make a difference to our programs around the world and
