To deal with different types of 2G 2206, different types of
6000 Cabinets.
To deal with all Transmission problems.
To deal with different types of 3G 3418, DUW 20,30,41
To deal with TCUs
To deal with PBC 6500, PBC6200

Our Target in that session


To know main components of PBC6500.
To know main problems may down our site, related to
PBC6500.

PBC 6500 Overview

Notes
1- All our cabinets inside shelter works by DC .
2- We get voltage by ve values as when any S.C
happened our cabinet will not be burnt.
3- PBC 6500 get 3 phases A/C from MDP and it give us 24v
or 48v DC or mix between 24,48v
4- its important to get our 3 phases from our 3 bars in
MDP . Why?
5- We connect our cabinets on DOUs 24v or 48v to get
its necessary power.
6- our cabinets which named 2206 will get 24v,
transmission cabinets will power by 48v

DC-Box
1- We get power cable which carry 48V DC from our
PBC to that DC-Box which consider a protection for all
transmission.

Review by alarms
Basic troubleshooting till now.
1- Cabinet down power.
We have to check its power source in PBC 6500, may DOU
needs to be changed if you havent DOU, just change its
power source to un-used DOU 24
2- All site down but power exist.
- Check if previous site is work normally or not.
- after reach site, check your link if power reach it or not.
- IF not check its power cable if power reach it or not, if
not.
- check DC-Box if your C.Bs up or not, if yes. Check power
in it if you reads about 54v DC or not . If not
- Check if your PBC6500 get its AC power or not. If yes.
- Check your PSUs, if OK.
- Check your DOU. if not, change it.
- - Check if your PBC6500 get its AC power or not. If not.
Check your power in MDP if exist check your conductor
and C.Bs which feed your PBC6500.
