Human environment interaction is when people interact with the environment.

I saw people interact with the environment there was many people that interact
with the environment and most of them are villagers near the elo river. For
example people take a shower in the river, fishing, swimming, laundry or just
sit and smoke while watching us rafting. In jogja we plant seeds and that is
human environment interaction, because seeds is environment and seeds is
before rice. We interact with the mud and the seed so we plant the seed in the
mud and there is a bamboo to make us easier to plant neatly. We ride buffalos
and thats one on human environment interaction. Buffalo is part of the
environment in that place and I interact with it by riding it. The buffalo is
walking in mud and mud is part of the environment. We cannot interact with
the environment in a negative way such as deforestation.
