Open Microsoft Powerpoint for starting

Add title jobsheet 3 Microsoft Office Powerpoint

Tap new slide to make a second slide

First tap Insert Chart

Then use column chart and pick the suitable one

Edit the column chart same like the jobsheet

Choose animation and start making graphic for the slide

Choose Fly in animation
And then open animation and play it

2. How to Running Presentation

Choose the animation that been given

Choose transition as you want
And play it
