Kochi's strong points include its cent per cent
literacy rate with "over 25 colleges in Kochi and
nearby districts", "abundant" real estate, Infopark ,
the city's 15 Gbps bandwidth support through
VSNL's primary international gateway, lower power
costs, lowest attrition rates, Government initiatives
to enhance ITES-BPO focus and the dedicated
ITES Habitat of the Kerala State IT Mission.
