Adjournment 2of2Resolutions REGULAR MEETING 28 OCTOBER 2015BOARD OF EDUCATION LODI, NEW JERSEY RESOLUTION RESOLUTION RE: SCHOOL DISTRICT REPORTING OF HARASSMENT/INTIMIDATION/BULLYING OFFERED BY TRUSTEE: ‘SECONDED BY TRUSTEE: WHEREAS, the Lodi Board of Education has received the Superintendent's report Of Incident(s) of Harassment/Intimidation/Bullying ("HIB") within the District; and WHEREAS, the Board has the opportunity to review the Superinterdent’s ‘recommendations with respect to the incident(s) of HIB. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board may or may not accept the Superintendent's recommendations, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that pursuant to N.JS.A. 18A:37-15(d), the building Principal shall inform the applicable parents/quardians of the students involved in these incidents wit the following formation within five (5) school days ofthis Board meeting: 1, The nature ofthe investigation; 2.
