The Workers on Target report is one of the delivered Target Analysis Reports provided by Oracle.

These
reports help to identify the workers whose allocations are on target, above target, below target, and those
who have no targets defined. The targets can be set within the worksheet and the report will compare the
target vs. actual to generate these reports. These

Workers on Target
This report summarizes workers whose allocations are on target, above target, below target, and those
who have no targets defined. The detailed analysis will include the following columns:

Total Workers

On Target

Above Target

Below Target

No Target

Not allocated compensation

Actual versus Target

Analyzes actual compensation allocated versus configured target amounts. The detailed analysis will
include the following columns:

Total Workers

Total Actual Compensation

Total Targeted Compensation

Amount Difference

Percentage Difference

Deviation from Target

This report displays the number of workers whose allocation deviates from target. The user will be able to
select the number of increments in which analysis is to be done (i.e. 3%, 5%, or 10% increments). The
summary chart and table as well as the columns in the detailed analysis will show the number of workers
on target, as well as those within 5 increments on either side of the target.
