Formation of

Germs

GERMS
As we have learned, germs are very small

organisms that we cannot see with the naked

eye.
Also germs are everywhere, which mean they

can be FOUND and FORM anywhere!

GERMS
Lastly, germs spread easily, especially when

we dont:

cover our mouth when we sneeze

when we touch our desk and it is not disinfected

when we dont wash our hands.

This all contributes to germs forming!

YuckGerms!
When we do not follow the proper steps in

taking care of our personal hygiene, we risk

the state of our health. Health- the state of
being free from illness or injury.

When we are sick and come to school, we

take the risk of bringing those germs to

school and spreading them to other people.
This can cause germs to form in our
classroom.

YuckGerms!
When someone doesnt wash their hands,

germs are forming on that persons hands.

SO. when you use the bathroom or sneeze, we

risk the chance of germs beginning to form.

When we do not disinfect our desk, kitchens,

doorknobs; we risk the chance of germs

beginning to form.

When we do not clean our room, we risk the

chance of germs forming in our room

Lets Put Our New

Knowledge To The
Test!
We will get to see how our actions can cause

germs to form.
Today we are going to conduct an experiment,

which is to perform a scientific procedure to

observe the formation of germs.

EXPERIMENT TIME
During this experiment we will observe four

potatoes-one of the most important food

crops, cooked and eaten as a vegetables.
Three of the potatoes will be tampered with

and the last one will be our control- a study

that does not receive treatment and used to
measure how the other tested subject do.
