Peppermint Chocolate Chip Milkshake (LTF)

Prepare and serve Peppermint Chocolate Chip Milkshake according to procedure. (See Front Counter/Drive-Thru: Fulfilling Milkshake Orders.)

Peppermint Chocolate Chip Milkshake Quantities


Ingredients

Small (14 oz)

Large (20 oz)

Milkshake base

To fill line (5.5 oz, +/- 0.5 oz)

To fill line (6.5 oz, +/- 0.5 oz)

Peppermint syrup

2 Portions (2 full pumps)

3 Portions (3 full pumps)

Chocolate/candy pieces

2 Portions (2 - #70 scoops)

3 Portions (3 - #70 scoops)

Icedream

Filled to top of cup (6.0 oz, +/- 0.5 oz)

Filled to top of cup (8.5 oz, +/- 0.5 oz)

Whipped topping

To fill domed lid

Stemmed cherry

Remove opened jug of peppermint syrup from


refrigerator or prepare a new jug as follows.
Attach clean, sanitized pump and prime pump.
Wipe up any drips.
Attach a dated and labeled sticker to jug.

Prepare chocolate/candy pieces for use.


Pour pieces into a compartment of cherry
container, with any pieces from previous day on
top.
Place #70 scoop on top of lid.

Refrigerate opened jug of peppermint syrup in


refrigerator overnight.

At end of day, transfer leftover chocolate/candy


pieces to a dated and labeled plastic container with
lid and wash cherry container. Each Saturday, discard
all leftover chocolate/candy pieces.

Prepare Peppermint Chocolate Chip


Milkshake according to portions in
ingredient table above (and in the order
listed).

SHELF LIFE of opened peppermint syrup (room temperature when in use and refrigerated
overnight at 40F or lower), from time opened until used, is 45 days.
SHELF LIFE for chocolate/candy pieces in bag (room temperature) is 6 months.
