RECIPES
TAPIOCA PEARL W/ CINNAMON POWDER RECIPE
Ingredients:
3/4 cup of water
200 g of Tapioca pearls
1 cup brown sugar
4 dash of cinnamon powder
Procedure:
Prepare the pot with water and boil.
Add the Tapioca pearl & stir until softens.
Add the cinnamon powder & remove from heat.
In separate bowl, dissolve the brown sugar and stir.

SUGAR SYRUP RECIPE


(FRUCTOSE SUGAR)
Ingredients:
1500 grams of sugar
750 mL of water
(1 is to 2)
Procedure:
In a large pan, add the water & simmer.
Add the sugar and stir until it turns to light yellow.
Make sure that the syrup is slightly sticky.
Storing time is about 1 month.
COFFE JELLY
Ingredients:
1 sachet of Gulaman powder (plain/white)
3-4 cups water
4 tbsp white sugar
3-4 tsp instant coffee powder
Procedure:
In a large pan, add the water and Gulaman powder.
Add the sugar & instant coffee powder and stir.
Transfer to a molder & cool.

INSTANT WHIPPED CREAM


Ingredients:
250 mL Nestle cream / Full cream
200 mL sugar syrup
Procedure:
Add the nestle cream & sugar syrup into whipped
cream dispenser and shake about 5-10 minutes.
Put into a chiller or ice box.

3 tbsp java chip powder
2 oz fresh milk
1 oz full cream milk
3 oz sugar syrup
1 cup shaved ice
Whipped cream

CAPPUCCINO FRAPPE
3 tbsp cappuccino powder
2 oz fresh milk
1 oz full cream milk
2 oz sugar syrup
1 cup shaved ice
Whipped cream

MANGO GRAHAM
2 tbsp mango powder
2 tbsp mango jam/bits
1 oz fresh milk
1 oz full cream milk
2 oz sugar syrup
1 cup shaved ice

1 oz full cream milk

2 tbsp oz strawberry powder
1/2 oz of coconut syrup
1 oz fresh milk
1 oz full cream milk
2 oz sugar syrup
1 cup shaved ice

CARAMEL CAPPUCCINO
2 oz caramel sauce
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2oz fresh milk
1 tbsp ground coffee
1 cup shaved ice

TIRAMISU FRAPPE
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 oz full cream milk
1 oz sugar syrup
1 tbsp ground coffee
1 cup shaved ice

HAZELNUT MOCHA
1 tbsp ground coffee
2 oz sugar syrup
1 oz hazelnut syrup
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 oz fresh milk
1 cup shaved ice

2 pcs of reese’s
1 oz dark chocolate syrup
1 oz fresh milk
1 oz sugar syrup
1 cup shaved ice
Whipped cream

Blend 2 pcs of reese’s and the rest of all ingredients add


whipped cream on top.
Drizzle with choco syrup
OREO
3 pcs oreo
1 oz caramel sauce
2 oz fresh milk
1 oz sugar syrup
1 cup shaved ice

Blend 3 pcs oreo and the rest of all ingredients add


whipped cream on top.
Drizzled with choco syrup

GREEN TEA KITKAT


2 sticks green tea kitkat
1 oz chocolate sauce
2 oz fresh milk
1 oz sugar syrup
1 cup shaved ice
Whipped cream

Blend 2 sticks of green tea kitkat and the rest of all


ingredients add whipped cream on top
Drizzled with matcha powder
CHOCO KITKAT
2 sticks of choco kitkat
1 oz dark choco sauce
2 oz fresh milk
1 oz sugar syrup
1 cup shaved ice
Whipped cream

Blend 2 sticks of choco kitkat and the rest of all


ingredients add whipped cream on top
Drizzled with choco syrup

HAZELNUT CHOCO KITKAT

1 oz dark choco sauce
1 oz hazelnut syrup

1 oz sugar syrup
