May I ask your permission to excuse Ms. Angelica Mae Natividad and Ms. Hilary Kate
Ilarde in your subject for being absent last Friday, July 11, 2014, due to the conflict during
the ADDING, CHANGING AND DROPPING (ACD) of subjects. I was asked to seek for
them and send them to see Dr. Antonio Talamayan, the Vice President for Academics of Saint
Paul University, for an interview and discuss about the subjects they will be taking.
I apologize for asking them to attend the said interview because we were not informed of the
new system in ADDING, CHANGING AND DROPPING of subjects and it was a part of the
new system. Furthermore, Dr. Talamayan informed us that very same day that it will be the
last day of ACD, thus we have no choice but to comply if we wanted to open up and enroll
the subjects we need in order for us to cope up with our studies.
I hope you will look into it and I hope for your kind consideration of the matter.
