To answer your questions :

1. Cutting Precision
Normally with laser cutting process we can guarantee the tolerances according to the following table :
Dimensions from 0 to 300 mm
Dimensions from 301 to 500 mm
Dimensions from 501 to 800 mm
Dimensions from 801 to 1200 mm
Cutting Burr

: +/- 0.05 mm
: +/- 0.10 mm
: +/- 0.15 mm
: +/- 0.20 mm
: max 0.05 mm

This means that all key points such as slots width or holes they are within +/- 0.05 mm but of course we
can not guarantee this on the overall dimension of 658.49 becouse this is affacted by many factors such as
for example the air temperature and humidity.
As discussed during my visit in Subotica we have been manufacturing stator core laminations for 7 years and
we have never encountered problems on the tolerances.

2. Delivery
We could manufacture the requested quantity of Pole Laminations + Stator Core sheets within 4-6 weeks
from order/samples approval. Of course we could also agree partial deliveries. As more than 2 months have
passed from our offer and the raw material is strongly increasing on the market we might have to rediscuss
the unit prices when you will be ready to place the order.

3. Material TF181
Attached you can find the data sheet from our supplier ThyssenKrupp. If you look at page 32 you will find
information about TF181 material.
