INTRODUCTION
Colombia revolves around a process of dialogue to achieve peace after 50
years of war that left dramatic consequences on the population, such as
displacement, forced recruitment kidnappings migration massacres and
violations of human rights in children and adolescents.
The attention paid by the state is insufficient for full coverage of the
population; this is when international organizations intervene to mitigate
many of these issues by presenting projects and programs that improve the
quality of life of the population victim of this phenomenon.
The social work of these organizations is a great scope for social work and
the different method of intervention for example in family groups and
communities, in which the objectives of the profession and the mission of
institutions intersect to achieve, mitigate the impact of the various
problems in the people.
