Student Worker---- As a student worker at Richwood High School, I assisted the
hired secretary. My daily duties included answering phones, making copies, faxing,
and keeping record of absent students with a absentee list.

August 2004- September 2006 Henry’s Catering Monroe, LA

Administrative Assistant---- Mr. Henry Manning conducted his personal catering
service. While working for him, I would take calls and monitor voicemails to return
missed calls promptly. Other duties included typing contracts and menus for various
events for Mr. Manning and clients. I had to be very organized and attentive to Mr.
Manning and his business.

March 2008- September 2008 Accent Marketing Monroe, LA

Customer Service Representative----Accent Marketing is a call center for a cellular
phone service, Boost Mobile. Working there, I was answering phones to assist
customers with new activations, adding features or funds to their account, or
resolving any difficulties they were experiencing.
 February 2009- Present Ouachita Parish School Board Monroe, LA
Substitute Teacher---- As a substitute teacher, I would report to various schools in
the Ouachita Parish to assist students assignments left by the permanent teacher.
I’ve worked with children from 2nd to 12th grade.

September 2009- January 2010 Manpower Temp Service Monroe, LA

Operation Specialist---- I was working on an assignment at JP Morgan Chase on
Delta Drive. Working in the vault, also known as file room, I pulled files from a pull
list. While working there I exceeded production, 83 files per hour.
