Narrative Nonfiction

Narrative nonfiction is based on fact.

It tells the true story of real people, places, or events.
Unlike other nonfiction, it reads like a novel.
Narrative nonfiction stories usually have a
beginning, a middle, and an end. They also develop
descriptions and character motivations in a
compelling way that makes the read want to read on.
In narrative nonfiction, writers may use first person
or third person point of view.
