A Gut Chodesh!

Gut Yom Tov!

Rosh Chodesh Kislev is the day we
celebrate the Rebbe's miraculous
recovery from the heart attack in
Tof Shin Lamed Ches.

A short summary: Shmini Atzeres

5738 during Hakafos, the Rebbe
suffered a serious heart attack. The
Rebbe refused to be taken to the
hospital; instead all the medical
treatment was brought to 770.

The Rebbe said that the walls

and sforim of the Rebbe's Room
will heal him. After remaining in
the Yechidus Room in 770 for 5
weeks straight, the Rebbe was
able to go home on Rosh
Chodesh Kislev! It was the first
time the chassidim saw the
Rebbe after all those anxious
weeks! Chassidim celebrate
Rosh Chodesh Kislev ever since
as a Yom Tov, thanking Hashem
for giving
us back
our Rebbe!
